I would separate those all together. I think there’s should be a distinct line between the two. If they have you install special software. You need to make the split right away. You don’t want them to spy on you.

I installed windows 11. It was a shit show. So many updates with a 6gb iso. Took forever.

Debian on most my machines. Can’t trust commercially backed distros any more. I’m tired of chacing cutting edge stuff. Like things to just work.
