Welp fuck me I guess

Yeah I always ignore them because I always assume it’s either a bit farm or the algorithm pushing the comments, both of which I wanna discourage, so I don’t interact with them.

The political part of my feed is pretty much hard left wing - but when I open the comments the top responders are the most right wing PoS’s I’ve ever seen. Which is so stupid because they’ll have max 200 thumbs up while a rational left wing respons will ratio them out of the water

It really sucks that they were bought out by Google because for some reason waze’s navigation is 1000x better than gmaps, even tho they’re apparently from the same parent company

For real tho
Your comment also made me realise just how many posts I have seen complaining about non-linux users not using Linux, but how few I have seen complaining about using windows or w/e. Was the same on reddit and the same here now.

If you think every image macro you come across is aimed at specifically you maybe its time to touch some grass

I’m still using Google for looking up places but I stopped using it for car navigation because holy shit it sucks ass. Using waze now and it’s so much better. No idea of they’re FOSS tho

I mean if you’re a genuine target they’ll find a way.
(Also a nitpick, Paragon is originally an Israeli corporation, altho they do have an US division since 2021)

Weird that they would target one of the biggest mainstream chat apps in whole of Europe

Looks like they use 0-day exploits to indeed install spyware on targets
Meta shared information with WhatsApp that led them to identify, mitigate, and attribute a Paragon zero-click exploit. On January 31, 2025, WhatsApp sent notifications to approximately 90 WhatsApp accounts they believed were targeted with Paragon’s spyware, including journalists and members of civil society.

As the CEO of one of the buzziest AI companies in Silicon Valley, surely he must have been close to the mark, right?
You must be delusional to believe this
Might as well just start building the dyson sphere instead

The peace of mind knowing that your significant other didn’t just die in a car crash part way to their destination and are still making progress is significant.
Bless you but the moment I start being afraid of my partner dying everytime they leave the house will be the moment I’m getting back in touch with my psychologist.

I know it’s a generation later but the 1660ti I bought secondhand just before the pandemic is also working like a beast. If I had a lot of disposable income maybe I would’ve upgraded but it’s performing so good that I’d rather spend the 1500+ bucks on a different project like a NAS for jellyfin.
It’s around 3-4 years now I think. Sad thing is that it’s an iPhone mini, so the capacity wasn’t that great to begin with so I go around a full day on a charge if I just have it laying next to me.
Also since it’s an apple I guess that it’s really hard to replace the battery. But I might look into it. It’s better than buying a completely new one anyway.
