    No1 rule in IT security: Keep shit updated.

    Now I haven’t used windows other than managed work stuff for a decade but I would assume that the problem with the already existing nightmare of windows would be a lot worse if completely void of bugfixes.

    But if you have an insight in to an entire field where the experts disagree on the subject I’m very keen on hearing it.

          Where did I say not to get bugfixes for my OS, which is Windows 7?

              Huh? And what does that have to do with running Windows 7? You can, you know… install all the patches even if Microsoft doesn’t supply them.

              They’re called Service Packs.

              If this is too difficult to grasp, we can talk about something else.

                Yea last one was SP2 if you are rebuilding the entire win7 OS yourself, you definitely are wasting your talent at crap.

                Maybe you should try something from this decade? Or is it to hard to grasp if it doesn’t come on a floppy disc and with built in malware?
