It’s like all the people that use to write cool programs or apps for Windows left for Linux and never looked back.

I have no idea if it is true, but it would make a lot of sense. Why spend your time fixing MS’s for-profit shit, for free, when there is a viable open source alternative?

I wonder if there will come a tipping point? MS is making Windows really hard to love, so who in the altruistic group will stay on Windows when the mythical Year Of The Linux Desktop truly comes?
